Step 1: The structural timbers are fastened to the ceiling and floor using a power screwdriver. Assembly pads already integrated into the wall make it easier to set the screws.
Step 2: The vertical timbers are screwed on as a substructure using a gauge corresponding to the insulation widths that are available.

Step 3: The thermal insulation is inserted. Necessary installation systems and lines, sanitary cells or window apertures are easy to integrate.
Step 4: A foil is fastened over the insulation as a moisture barrier.
Step 5: The entire structure is covered with plasterboard/fibre reinforced plasterboard.

With ComfortPlus, for the first time there is a system available that enables a builder-owner to upgrade his own basement rooms inexpensively with flawless insulation, and to create outstanding climatic conditions for cosy living spaces.

And what is especially good about it:
The upgrade can be made right away, or later. The preparatory measures for subsequent installation are extremely minor.

Naturally the ComfortPlus system can also be installed already at the factory. And if you decide to install it subsequently, you can also have the upgrade carried out by our professional installers.

A good idea, many technical advantages. An inexpensive system for thermal insulation. Easy to install, you can perform much of the work yourself, upgrading to suit individual requirements. The system can be installed right away when the house is built, or later. The costs are in line with the requirements. All pipes, sanitary cells and electrical installations can be integrated into the design.

Incidentally, the ComfortPlus system has been awarded the INNOVATIONSPREIS 2005 by the foundation of the Reutlingen district savings bank.
